Creations Fine Dining, Lambton College’s on-campus restaurant, is an applied learning environment utilized by the Hospitality - Culture, Leadership & Operations and Culinary Management programs. The public is encouraged to participate in the learning by patronizing our dining room and enjoying the professional service and culinary magic created by our students.
Each educational term delivers a distinct opportunity for students and guests alike.
During the Fall semester, October through December, the second year students from the Culinary Management Program deliver “prix fixe”, three course dining experiences on Thursday evenings.
During the Winter semester, February through April, the first year students from both the Hospitality - Culture, Leadership & Operations and the Culinary Management Programs team up to offer an international theme every Thursday night to complement their a la carte menu.
