Incident Command and Emergency Management for Industry

    Participants will gain basic knowledge to command an emergency scene and will be able to properly describe the components of an Incident Command System (ICS) as well as the roles and responsibilities of the Incident Commander and other key roles under the ICS. The importance of health and safety of responders at the emergency scene and the impact of hazardous incidents in the work environment are emphasized. After completion of this course, participants will be able to assume limited roles in IMS for simple incidents. This course is fully customizable to align with your Emergency Response plan and meet the specific needs of your facility.
