What to expect Upon Arrival
- Provide border services officer the Letter of Introduction (IMM 5813), college offer letter, eTA or TRV, and medical exam results. More information available on Government of Canada Prepare for Arrival page
- Be prepared to show proof of funds and any other relevant documents
- Ensure you receive and review your study permit and co-op work permit (if applicable), including the remarks or conditions, before leaving the border services officer
Upon Arrival
Please let us know you arrived safely by uploading your study and work permit to Queen’s College Services Portal. If you have any questions or
concerns, please email records@queenscollege.ca. Be sure to attach your Study Permit and Work Permit, if applicable, to your email.
