Support Services
Students can contact student services advisors by emailing studentservices@cestarcollege.com through a ticketing system for assistance.
Student Services are available Mondays through Fridays for academic support via virtual chat hours and in-person.

Our department offers academic support to students by conducting individual academic assessments during one-on-one appointments via video chat, in-person office hours, or email. The academic assessments consist of informing students of their academic
standing, the grades required to graduate, and the courses needed to complete their program.
Student services also enroll students in make-up courses, any substitute courses that they require, or Ontario Learn courses. Once make-up course registration becomes available to students on the Cestar database, this information is posted to Moodle for
students to access.
In addition, our team connects with each student to make sure that they are following their program map and are obtaining the minimum grades to remain in “good academic standing”. If students are struggling to keep up with their course work, the student
advisor will refer the student to the tutoring centre, at tutoringcentre@cestarcollege.com for additional support.
