    Please Note: The winter convocation is for students who have completed requirements and finished their programs by December 2019. Online registration is required - please see Student Services or visit the front desk for more information.

    Ceremony Specifics

    There is a morning and an afternoon convocation ceremony and students are assigned to a ceremony based on program.

    The venue will be open for guests and graduates one hour before the assigned ceremony begins. 

    Graduates MUST arrive during this time to check in and pick up their gowns and information cards. 

    Any graduates or guests who arrive late to the ceremony will not be permitted to enter.

    The ceremony will run for approximately two hours and a short reception with light refreshments will follow.

    Please Note: Graduates are permitted to have a maximum of two guests attend the ceremony. Seating is unassigned for guests.

    International Guests

    The International Department no longer provides convocation letters for family members of students. Please refer to the Immigration, Refugees, Citizenship Canada web page for details on how to write your own letter of invitation.
