    It's no secret that selling has changed in recent years. This is an exciting and dynamic profession, yet it is one of the most under-rated and misunderstood, at least in recent years. The back-slapping, sleazy, joke-telling huckster has disappeared and in his place is a new generation of sales professionals - highly trained and groomed, with characteristics of honesty, trustworthiness and competence.

    This one-day course will teach participants how to be smart sales professionals by covering specific learning objectives including:

    • Understanding how helping other people get what they want gives us more of what we want
    • Using goal setting techniques to focus on what you want to accomplish and developing strategies to get you there
    • Recognizing the difference between features and benefits of products and services
    • Identifying and presenting the competitive strengths of products and services in order to be proactive in handling objections and success in asking for business
    • Using different types of selling different situations
    • Identifying ways to find new clients and networking effectively
