Design Methods for Innovation & Problem Solving

  • Description

Design thinking can be applied in a variety of fields – from designing manufacturing processes to new products, business processes to e-services.  This course discusses methods that you can apply throughout the design process – from defining a problem and context, through ideation, to detail design, prototyping, and implementation.

In this course, you will have the opportunity work with others to solve design challenges through case studies, discussions, and hands-on team exercises.

Participants may be eligible to receive a Canada-Ontario Job Grant if registered for 4 of the 5 courses offered in the Manufacturing Innovation Workshop Series.
