Lambton College’s welding micro-credentials provide a mix of theoretical knowledge and hands-on training in a bite-sized delivery format that gives learners flexibility in their schedule and an opportunity to receive credit for skills they’ve
already mastered.
Welding Fundamentals micro-credentials focus on core technical competencies for new welders, while Welding Add-on micro-credentials focus on enhancing the skills of experienced welders. Both the Welding Fundamentals and Welding Add-on micro-credentials
can lead to micro-certificates that recognize skill sets learners acquire by completing a set of related micro-credentials.
