The Lion's Mind - Peer Wellness Collective
Who We Are
The Lion’s Mind provides peer-to-peer mental wellness support to students at Lambton College from the first day through graduation. We also provide peer mental wellness training and support to local social service agencies and their clients.
We strive to create, foster, and maintain human connections by providing a resource-rich safe-space of belonging for all students (both physically and emotionally) to support mental wellness. We aim to assist in crisis prevention using a relational approach, with referral access to clinicians when necessary.
We also extend our reach beyond our space into the college and community for the purpose of advancing mental wellness awareness.
