Using Storyline to Create E-Learning Modules is a 14-week, online, competency-based course that guides learners through the process of designing and developing effective, accessible, and engaging eLearning experiences using Storyline 360. The course integrates foundational skills, advanced interactive techniques, and key instructional design principles to support the creation of complete eLearning modules. Learners will build essential skills, including working with timelines, states, layers, triggers, and basic content design, while applying Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) guidelines. As the course progresses, learners will develop more advanced skills by creating interactive elements such as quizzes, motion paths, media integrations, and gamified activities.

Learners will apply instructional design concepts to create a short eLearning course, including developing learner profiles, measurable learning outcomes, and a storyboard, and implementing their course within a Learning Management System. This course is ideal for Human Resources, training, and educational professionals seeking to build or enhance their eLearning design and development skills using industry-standard tools.

Please Note: This course requires learners to own a copy of Articulate 360 software. Articulate 360 is a Windows-based product.
