Course

This course focuses on the administrative tasks and processes involved in volunteer management. Topics such as planning, marketing and promotion, policies and procedures, meeting management, budgeting and development of supportive 'forms' will be explored. Local, provincial and Canadian professional associations and internet resources will also be reviewed as sources of ongoing professional development.
