Navigate the Pointclickcare System in The Care Environment | LTCMR-0120

This online, competency-based micro-credential introduces learners to the PointClickCare software environment. After successful completion of this micro-credential, the learner should be able to successfully log into the system and navigate through the Electronic Health Record; construct an electronic health record; use effective password protection for the PPC account; and generate PHIPA-compliant communication on the PCC Bulletin Board.
