Lambton College’s Distinguished Awards Gala to honour the achievements of local individuals.

SARNIA, January 13, 2015 – Lambton College and The Lambton College Foundation and Alumni Association are preparing to celebrate a deserving group of Sarnia-Lambton individuals at their upcoming Distinguished Awards Gala. The annual ceremony, scheduled to take place at the Lambton College Event Centre on Thursday, January 29 will honour five community individuals or organizations for their outstanding professional, volunteer or philanthropic achievements.

New this year is the addition of an Applied Research & Entrepreneurship award, which recognizes exceptional distinguished service to the development of Lambton College’s applied research and entrepreneurship initiatives.

The 2015 award recipients include:

The William G. Davis Founder's Award - Norma Cox

The Lambton College Foundation Award of Merit - Lakeside Process Controls Ltd.

The Lambton College Alumni Award of Distinction - Allison Vickerd

Professor Emeritus - Gerry Eede

Applied Research and Entrepreneurship Award - Dr. Maike Luiken

"The Distinguished Awards Gala allows us to reflect on their professional excellence, philanthropic work and continued support of Lambton College."
