Lambton College is now accepting last-minute program applications in person via the Registrar’s Office (Fall 2017)

SARNIA, August 21, 2017 – Starting this week, Lambton College is pleased to announce they will be accepting last minute applications in person via the Registrar’s Office for students who still wish to enroll in a full-time program for September 2017.

At this time, a limited number of spaces are still available in some Lambton College programs for the upcoming semester. With the first day of classes approaching fast, the College is now able to provide OCAS registration to applicants directly through the Registrar’s Office.

To take advantage of this value-added service, interested applicants are encouraged to stop by the Lambton College in person between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. from Monday through Friday. All applicants are still expected to pay the $95 application fee as well as provide academic transcripts. Students will also be required to pay their first semester tuition in full at the time of registration, or pay a $300 deposit if they have submitted a completed OSAP application.

All students who are accepted into a program spot for the upcoming school year should still be able to obtain Financial Aid and OSAP information, and will have access to all Lambton College campus services. Time permitting, new registrants will also still have time to attend Campus Connection, the college’s first year orientation event, currently scheduled to take place Wednesday, August 30.

At this time, a small number of seats are still available in a few sought-after programs including A small number of seats are still available in a few sought-after programs including Chemical Lab Technician, Chemical Production & Power Engineering Technology, Child & Youth Care, Digital Photography, Office Administration - Health Services, and Power Engineering Technology. Due to limited spacing, interested applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible in order to secure a remaining program spot.

For those seeking more information about a particular program, Lambton College’s Enrolment Team is also offering drop-in program advising weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. prior to the first day of classes. Interested applicants can simply check-in at the Lambton College reception desk and let them know that they are inquiring about program information. For those who are unable to attend an appointment on campus, the Enrolment Team is also able to accommodate off-campus appointments, such as local coffee shops, or accept over-the-phone advising sessions.

Additionally, the Enrolment Team also provides regularly scheduled Campus Tours every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 2 p.m. and the last Thursday of the month at 6 p.m. Alternate tour times can also be arranged on request.
