Eligibility Criteria
The successful candidate:
- Will be registered on a full-time basis at Lambton College, Sarnia Campus
- Will be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or hold protected person status while belonging to an underrepresented or visible minority group
- Preference will be given to applicants who are Black, Indigenous, or persons with disabilities
- Must be academically successful with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Must be able to demonstrate financial need
- Preference will be given to students who have been involved with extracurricular activities (e.g. community participation, leadership opportunities, tutoring, etc.)

Selection Process
Recipients will be selected based on demonstrated financial need, academic achievement, and their commitment to promoting EDI within the college and outside community. Applications are ranked using the following weighting:
40% - Financial Need
40% - Testimonial
20% - GPA
