This award was created to commemorate the impact Erica Chisholm has made to the Lambton College Enactus program.
Erica's selflessness and dedication to helping others was never more evident than when she voluntarily agreed to fly across the world to aid a fellow Enactus colleague. These are the values that embody the Enactus spirit. The successful applicant would equally represent these values.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this award, applicants must:
- Be actively involved with Lambton College Enactus by taking on a leadership role and contributing a minimum of 100 hours between September and March
- Champion Enactus on campus by leading at least two promotional activities at the college to create awareness
- Coordinate, develop and deliver at least two project-based events
- Demonstrate the passion to help others over their desire for personal gain
- President of Enactus is ineligible due to significant advantage given nature of their position
- Students of Lambton College, Sarnia Campus

Selection Process
- Student Awards Coordinator will verify the eligibility of all applicants.
- After the deadline, the Student Awards Coordinator will assemble a scholarship committee in order to assess and evaluate all candidates.
Applications will be ranked using the following weighting:
- 40% - Enactus Participation
- 30% - GPA
- 10% - Essay
- 10% - Grammar & Writing
- 10% - What Enactus means to you
