The Patricia Carter Award was established in 2019 to support students entering the nursing field. The donor's daughter is an alumnus of the Lambton College nursing program.

- BSNL - Honours Bachelor of Science - Nursing
- BSNB - Registered Practical Nursing Bridging to Honours Bachelor of Science - Nursing
- PRAC - Practical Nursing
Eligibility Criteria
- Student must have completed the first year of the BSNL or PRAC program and be a full-time student at Lambton College.
- Student must have completed the first year with a minimum program GPA of at least 2.4 (77%-79%) and be returning in the next academic term.
- The recipient will be someone who sees the patient as an individual, and is thoughtful in his/her approach, someone who is kind, empathetic and professional, well organized and able to apply theory to clinical situations and demonstrated the ability to work with all personnel.
