Military Experience = College Credit

At Lambton College, your service matters—and so does your experience. If you’re a member of the Canadian Armed Forces, we recognize your military training through academic credit:

Completed Developmental Period 1 (DP1)?

You’ll receive one Communication (COMM) credit, reflecting the essential communication skills developed during your training.

Completed Developmental Period 2 (DP2)?

You’ll be awarded an additional General Education (GNED) credit alongside your COMM credit, recognizing the leadership and advanced training skills gained at this stage.

To receive these credits, simply indicate your interest during enrolment and submit your MPRR to the Registrar's Office. Once verified, your credits will be added to your academic record, helping you fast-track your education.
