Residence Fees

Residence fees vary based on your academic term and room type (single or double occupancy). Residence fees include:

Important: A non-refundable $100 application fee is required when applying for residence.

Residence fees can be paid using:

Debit or credit card at the Residence Front Desk
Certified cheque or money order payable to Lambton College Residence
eTransfer to info@lambtonresidence.ca
Online bill payment through RBC, TD, Scotiabank, or BMO (select "Lambton College Residence" and use your student number as the account number)
Interac Online through the Housing Portal

Review important residence documents and policies:

Cancellations: Occur prior to move-in and cannot be accepted over the phone. Cancellations are processed through the Housing Portal
Withdrawals: Occur after move-in and are processed by completing a Residence Withdrawal Form.
