This online competency-based training Micro-credential has been designed to introduce learners to the importance of nutrition and the quality of nutrition for ageing individuals within Long-term Care homes. Learners will also explore the different forms of nutrition and the role it plays in the nutrition process. Additionally, learners will explore the Food Service Worker's role in the nutrition process and how he or she can improve the quality of these processes.
