Lambton College Announces Six New Degree Completion Pathways for Graduates

August 13, 2019

SARNIA, August 13, 2019 – In a continued commitment to provide students with flexible learning opportunities, Lambton College has announced six new agreements that will allow graduates to pursue a degree following successful completion of approved programs.

Graduates of Lambton’s Photography program will have an opportunity to move on to Sheridan College’s Honours Bachelor of Photography – Degree program. The six semester program features a 14-week industry work placement, and is open to graduates who hold a GPA of 2.4 or higher.

Additionally, New York’s John Jay University has solidified five agreements with the College, which will allow students to obtain a Bachelor of Science or a Bachelor of Arts in their respective field.

The new agreements are two years in length and can be completed entirely online.

These new pathways are available for graduates of the College’s Fire Science Technology, Police Foundations, or Protection, Security and Investigation programs.

Enhancing credit transferability to other post-secondary institutions has been a long-time goal of the College, which has seen a 316 per cent increase in educational pathways agreements since 2013.

Students interested in exploring these exciting new opportunities, or learning about other existing transfer agreements, can visit lambtoncollege.ca/pathways.
