Transcript Requests

  • The Office of the Registrar & Financial Aid Services requires some personal information in order to release academic records. A fee of $12.00 is charged per transcript copy. Official copies are mailed directly to the school requesting the documents and only unofficial copies are released to students. Please note that transcripts cannot be sent via email.

    Students can request transcripts in two ways:

    1. By visiting www.ontariocolleges.ca
      • Login – using your student identification number – you must have an open Ontario Colleges file to request transcripts
      • Follow prompts to request College/University Transcripts
       
    2. To request a transcript, login to myLambton.ca and complete the Transcript Request Form. If you forgot your password, you can reset your password or you can contact the I.T. Service Desk at 519-542-7751 x 3385.
