Registration Services

  • The Office of the Registrar & Financial Aid Services is where prospective students, applicants, confirmed and current students can go for all of their registration service needs. Services provided include:

    • Program and course registration
    • Tuition and fee payments
    • Grades assessment
    • Transfer opportunities
    • Convocation and graduation information
    • Student records

    For the fall 2020 term, all admissions, registration and financial aid inquiries can be directed to your program-specific Enrolment Services Professional (ESP). ESPs will be available to assist by email, phone or video call via Microsoft Teams. In-person services will be by appointment only - Book an Appointment now.

    Due to the busy nature of the fall term start, we will do our very best to reply to your initial inquiry within three to five business days. We appreciate your patience during this busy time of year – especially as we deliver our services remotely to protect our students and our team.

  • How to Access In-Person Support

    We are now open for walk-in visits every Monday from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. until the end of the fall term.

    To access in-person support:

    1. Visit the Qless portal and follow the instructions
    2. Text "Lambton College" to 226-778-2839

    If students can't be available on a Monday, they can email their Enrolment Services Professional to book a virtual appointment.


  • COVID Protocol

    Control Measures
    COVID Screening Test
    Prior to entering the college you are required to complet the COVID Screening Questionnaire.
    Hand Sanitizer
    Hand sanitizing stations will be located across the campus and at the designated entrances.
    Physical Distancing
    Maintain a distance of two metres between individuals.
    Masks must be worn when physical distancing cannot be maintained.
    Arriving on Campus
    • Parking fees have been temporarily waived
    • You may enter the college using either the Bridge or Fountain entrances (see map for details)
    • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to you appointment in case there is a line up to enter the building. You will allowed to enter the building no more than five minutes before your appointment time.
    • When you arrive, please wait outside the office on a designated marker and maintain physical distance until you are called in.
    • If you are feeling unwell, please stay home. We are more than happy to assist remotely through a scheduled video or phone call.
  • Transcript Requests

    Please Note: Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we will be temporarily suspending the production of paper transcript requests. Students can still request electronic copies of transcripts through either or As always, students can access unofficial transcripts by logging into and visiting the Request a Transcript page.

    Are you a graduating student? Remember to log in to and complete the Application for Diploma or Certificate. Once completed, you email it to your program-specific ESP.

    Service Response Times:

    • Respond to e-mails within 2 to 3 business days
    • Respond to voice messages within 2 to 3 business days
    • Respond to fax and mail within 2 to 3 business days
    • In-person within 30 minutes

    Financial Aid Services

    • Processing of ministry forms (OSAP) within 3 to 7 business days
    • Financial Aid Officer authority reviews, appeals, academic probation within 5 to 10 business days
    • Government authority reviews mailed within 5 business days, response from Ministry within 4 - 16 weeks
    • Government bursaries within 2 to 4 weeks
    • Competitive awards, scholarships and bursaries within 6 weeks of the deadline to apply
    • Requests for emergency assistance within 3 business days

    Registrar's Office Services

    • Transcripts processed within 2 business days when ordered and paid for online
    • RESP/Education Verification & Enrollment Verifications within 2 to 3 business days

    To meet the above standards, we require:

    • Appropriate identification for the Office of the Registrar & Financial Aid Services (i.e. government ID and SIN Card, Student Card or Photo ID)
    • Submission of complete and accurate documentation
    • Student's Awareness of terms and conditions of his/her OSAP agreement
    • Student's familiarity with the policies and procedures outlined in the student handbook

    Please Note: These standards vary depending on the time of year. The minimum time frame reflects standards throughout the year and the maximum time frame reflects peak periods when new terms begin.
