Booking Forms

  • Depending on the type of function you are organizing, you may need to access a variety of campus facilities. no matter where you choose to host your meeting or event, each room is equipped with multi-media equipment, internet access, white boards and overhead projectors. All of our available facilities can be categorized into four major groupings:

    Classrooms

    Our classrooms come in a variety of sizes and layouts to accommodate small and large groups. Most of our classroom facilities are equipped with multi-media equipment and can be setup to facilitate lectures, group work and computer-assisted learning. Rooms available can fit between 35 and 150 people.

    Boardrooms

    Our boardrooms are all equipped with multi-media equipment and are best suited for groups of 25 or less. All boardrooms have teleconferencing capabilities.

    Athletic Facilities

    Lambton College regularly rents out its gymnasium, soccer field, tennis courts and ball diamond whenever these facilities aren't being used by students or college sports teams. Setup and equipment rentals are also available for individuals who book the gymnasium.
