Educators & Counsellors

  • Welcome back to what may be one of the most exciting and unpredictable school years we have ever seen.

In an effort to ensure you have all of the resources you need for both your in-class and online learners, we've compiled a list of resources you may need to use throughout the year.

      Mailed Package

Each guidance counsellor and government counsellor should receive a package that includes:

      • Lambton College Poster
      • Program Guide
      • Desktop Calendar
    • electronic

      Electronic Poster Files

Below is a list of posters that are available to download and use on whatever online platforms your school or agency may be using over the course of the year. We hope this is an alternative to placing posters in the schools in the event that students might not be on campus or schools may be closed.

    Information Sessions

As our world continues to adjust to the COVID situation, so to will our recruitment team.

For now, we can tell you that we will be hosting the following events to help keep you and your students or clients informed:

    From Inside a Laptop Visits
In lieu of our in-person, school visits we are currently working with schools to reschedule these visits virtually in a way that suits every schools' individual circumstances. If we haven't booked one with your school, contact us at and we can set one up.
    Extended Hours for Program Advising
As part of our commitment to ensure that every student has an opportunity to meet with a program advisor to discuss their post-secondary future, we have extended our program advising hours and live chat beginning September 21. Specific hours can be found on our Contact Our Team page.
    Counsellors Forum
We will be working on this event and all of the details so keep visiting our site for more information

    Professional Development Opportunities

We know a lot of you are looking for information to serve the students and clients you support, but we can also provide you with educational opportunities.

We've recently launched the Advanced Teaching - eLearning & Instructional Design program. This program is our first example of the iACT methodology where you can choose to take one course, a few courses that make up a micro-credential or you can complete the entire program.

Find out more about how you can navigate through the world of edevelopment by picking and choosing the courses that may be most helpful to you.
