Social entrepreneurship blends the desire to make a positive impact on one's community by implementing business solutions to social, cultural, or environment issues through a profitable business. Students will be introduced to different models of social entrepreneurship and will learn about the key knowledge and skills needed to build their own social enterprise.

Social entrepreneurship: what is social entrepreneurship, what principals can be applied?

Skills in entrepreneurship: how to design a business so the venture is self-sustaining; how to measure impact; designing a plan for the student's social entrepreneurship idea; launching social enterprises, redesigning non-for-profits, launching a charity/non-profit, launching a volunteer group.
