This online competency based Micro-credential is designed to introduce learners about the absolute importance of working safely and cleanly around food. There is little to no forgiveness when it comes to the safe handling of food and the cleanliness of your environment. This module will prepare you to work in a professional food industrial environment. This module will also explore the roles of your employer and Local Public Health Board when it comes to your safety at work.
