Promote Employee Focused Health and Wellness in the Care Environment | LTCMR-0270

This online, competency-based micro-credential introduces learners to the promotion of employee-focused health and wellness in the care environment. After successful completion of this micro-credential, the learner should be able to understand the differences in smoking laws as they apply to residents vs. employees; understand employee assistance programs; understand employees' attendance and sickness reporting responsibilities; and understand employers' responsibilities related to employee health and well-being.
