About Our Restaurant

  • Creations is Lambton College’s campus restaurant and it is an applied learning environment utilized by the Hospitality - Culture, Leadership & Operations and Culinary Management programs.

The public is encouraged to be a part of our student's experiential learning process by visiting Creations and enjoying the professional service and culinary magic created by our students.

Each educational term delivers a distinct opportunity for students and guests alike.

    Fall Term

During the fall term, students in the Culinary Management program provide a lunch service that takes on a Cafe-like feel. Lunch items are available in a casual dining setting from the hours of 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. and the majority of food items are take away friendly.

    Winter Term

During the winter term, students in both the Hospitality - Culture, Leadership & Operations and the Culinary Management programs run a lunch service that is designed to project a casual bistro atmosphere. Hospitality students provide the service and culinary students prepare the food. The bistro is open for lunch service on Thursdays and Fridays from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Students operate this restaurant from February 15 - April 20.

This is a casual dining experience and no reservations are required unless you have specific dietary needs or are a large group.

    Spring Term

During the spring term, the Culinary Management students operate a formal dining restaurant operation in the evenings for a three-week period. Dates and times when the restaurant will be open will be available in May 2018.
