How do you feel that your training at Lambton College has prepared you for your success?

Lambton College is the platform where I got this opportunity to learn about the work culture and values. With many projects to work on with different teams, it has been quite an experience to understand team work and responsibilities. Further, the subjects and the courses are designed to gain adequate understanding in the business environment, which has definitely shaped me to be where I am today.

What advice would you give to somebody who is considering taking the same program at Lambton College?

Business Management develops your understanding of the business world in Canada, including the aspects of office management, human resource management, sales and marketing, and the financial management. All these aspects are crucial in working environment, and when the knowledge is applied through learning from projects, where you research, learn and implement the fundamentals, giving exams with scenario based situations, you tend to sharpen your skills to find the solutions to the similar work scenario. Also, the co-op program is the best, as you are able to receive work experience in the field as you desire, and it has been one great experience for me as well.

Anything else to add about your Lambton College experience or your current success?

Besides the courses and college facilities, the most important part is one's determination for accomplishments. While there are many who have been neglecting the scope of college study, what I feel is, being a student is part of life and unless you enjoy studying, you are ignoring yourself of your capabilities, to figure out what you could have achieved in the long run.
