How do you feel that your training at Lambton College has prepared you for your success?
All disciplines contributed somehow to the activities I perform today, specially marketing strategy, customer value creation and data mining techniques. But I would highlight the College period helped me to develop confidence and improve my presentations skills in a second language, as now I feel comfortable presenting and speaking in front of large groups.
What advice would you give to somebody who is considering taking the same program at Lambton College?
To balance study, work and personal life. Prepare the assignments in advance, to be able to clarify any question. Use Grammarly and any tool the college offers. Enjoy Student's appreciation week and all other events from the College (not sure how that is going to be in the future). Never hesitate to ask for help. Have Fun!
Anything else to add about your Lambton College experience or your current success?
I secured my co-op using My Career Portal. When I finished the co-op, in December 2019, the company offered me the opportunity to become a regular employee and I am still working there.
