This award of recognition program provides students with exposure to strategies and techniques that will help them to solidify and enhance their client relations skills and build positive, lasting relationships with clients. The program prepares graduates to build teams of staff dedicated to excellent service delivery, identify, mitigate and avoid confrontational situations with internal and external clients and to create and promote an organizational service culture.
The program is directly applicable to employment in all industries. Graduates can secure employment directly in the service sector (retail, hospitality, contact centre, business office, etc.)

Admission Requirements
O.S.S.D or equivalent
Mature applicants must be at least 19 years of age by the start of classes and be out of secondary school for at least one year. Mature applicant testing is available in the Counselling Department. The test(s) will demonstrate equivalency in required admission subjects. For more information please contact the Counselling Department at x 3412.
Applications for this program are not accepted through ontariocolleges.ca.
If you are taking part-time courses with the intention of completing a program and earning a credential,
you must meet Admission Requirements outlined on the program page. It is the student's responsibility to supply proof of admission
requirements to the Office of the Registrar before he/she has completed three courses in the program.
If you do complete the program and do not have the appropriate admission requirements, you will be ineligible to receive
your certificate or diploma.
If you believe you have an equivalent level of knowledge and would like credit for Prior Learning Assessment, please contact
Counselling at 519-479-1023 at least two weeks before classes begin.
