Lambton College hosting Mega Job Fair with 85 + employers during Workforce Week 2022

SARNIA, September 14, 2022 – Lambton College Co-op & Career Services is partnering with the Sarnia Lambton Workforce Development Board and Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership to connect local job seekers and employers in what is being touted as the biggest employment event of the year.

The week-long event, taking place Monday, September 26 through Friday, September 30 will feature a lineup of virtual and in person job search and career-related workshops from businesses such as Chrissy from Sarnia’s Dog Eat Dog, Lisa Isaac HR Professional Services, special guest and keynote speaker Ryan Porter from Ruutly and many other informative offerings designed to assist job-seekers and employers alike.

The highlight of the week will take place in the form of a Mega Job Fair on Wednesday, September 28. This in-person event will be hosted in the Lambton College Athletics & Fitness Complex and will feature more than 85 employers. Job seekers are encouraged to bring plenty of resumes and dress for success as some employers may be willing to interview on site.

The week-long series will conclude on Friday, September 30 with employer panel webinars, where job-seekers can meet with multiple employers from the region who will share tips how to stand out as a candidate, interview skills, and how to succeed in the workplace.
