WHAT: Lambton College will be hosting a Career Fair in partnership with the Sarnia Lambton Economic Partnership: Bridging Global Talent program at the Dante Club in Sarnia for those seeking employment opportunities in the region. 

Hiring managers will be on-site and available to speak with job seekers about upcoming job opportunities. In conjunction with the Career Fair, an Exploring Careers in Long-Term Care event will also be taking place, allowing job seekers to talk to employers and participate in information sessions highlighting various career opportunities in the long-term care sector. 

Job seekers in attendance will be able to liaise with dozens of businesses and network with local employers that are actively hiring within their organizations. Representatives from multiple sectors will be on site including Long-Term Care, Food Services, Administration, Agriculture, Arts/Entertainment/Recreation, Finance/Insurance, Health Care/Social Assistance and Manufacturing.

The event is open to job seekers of all ages. High school students are encouraged to view and apply for available part time job opportunities and can access job search resources at lambtoncollege.ca/CES. Returning Lambton College students are encouraged to connect with an Advisor through Lambton College Co-op & Career Services. The aim of the Career Fair is to assist job seekers in finding meaningful work opportunities or to assist those who would like to investigate post-secondary options or skills training.

A Lambton College Enrolment Advisor will be on site to provide additional information about College programs and services.

Organizers are encouraging guests to bring plenty of resumes and dress for success to make a lasting impression with the multiple hiring managers that will be on site.
