3000-2-6Supplemental Pay To Academic Employees (Regular Workload)

Upon request, the college will provide a copy of this policy in an alternate format.

Academic employees may be assigned, as part of their regular workload, to duties that are in a location that does not allow the employee to return home for the weekend. In such situations, the academic employee will be compensated for said time on the following basis as determined by the College:

Step 17/260 or a lieu day
For employees eligible for supplemental pay, authorization must be provided by the appropriate manager to the Payroll Department. Supplemental pay will be handled through the usual payroll process.
