Online Registration

Registration Process

  • Online registration will be open from March 11 - April 5*
  • The first day of classes for the spring term is May 6, 2024
  • All first-term programs will be delivered in a hyflex format until June 21

*If you have a visa approval, you must register as soon as registration opens. You're expected to attend orientation and classes in person. Classes begin May 6. Registration will be extended to May 14 for those who are awaiting a visa decision.

Complete the 5 Steps

1. Complete Pre-Arrival Orientation Course

New international students are required to complete all three modules prior to registration.

Complete the Mississauga Pre-Arrival Online Orientation and download your certificate of completion. The Pre-Arrival Orientation Certificate will be used in Step 2 below.

2. Complete Online Registration

Upload required documents to the Queen's Database. Your username and password will be sent to your personal email.

It is very important that the College has your correct personal email address. You will begin receiving emails from the College one week before registration opens. If you have not received an email from the College by March 11, 2024, please contact orientation@queenscollege.ca for email address verification.

Required documents include:

  • Passport that has your photo and name
  • Lambton College Offer Letter
  • Study Permit Approval letter, Passport Process Request (PPR), or Study Permit
  • Screenshot of IRCC GC Key account that confirms your UCI number
  • Work Permit (if applicable)
  • Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) sticker in passport (if applicable)
  • Lambton College fee receipt which includes a fee receipt number (not Flywire or Convera receipts)
  • Pre-Arrival Orientation Certificate (downloaded from Step 1)
  • Digital, clear photo for student ID (35 mm x 45 mm) with white background

Once your registration documents have been verified and approved, you will receive an email confirmation from Queen's College to your personal email address.

Please Note: You cannot be registered if you are missing any of the documents listed. You may need to contact your agent directly for some of the documents.

3. Access to myLambton Login

Lambton College's internal website is mylambton.ca - this is where you can access your profile and college email.

You will be provided with a link to your personal email for the final step of the registration process. You will need to enter:

  • Student ID
  • Passport Number
  • Payment code found in box 22 of the offer letter
  • Lambton College fee receipt number

Once this is complete, you will receive two separate emails from Lambton College for you myLambton username and password. If you do not complete this final step, you will not receive your myLambton access.

4. Complete the Academic Success Modules

Lambton College has created a module program to teach you how to succeed academically while you study remotely or in Canada. It is mandatory that all students complete these modules.

How to Access these Modules
  1. Complete the Academic Success Modules for Spring2024 between April 8 and April 19.
  2. After completing the modules, complete the knowledge check test at the end - you are required to complete this knowledge check.
  3. Submit your Academic Success Module certificate through Moodle.

Certificate Submission

Academic Success Module completion certificate is required to access new term courses and must be uploaded to the Queen's Database by April 19.

5. Access Timetables

After completing the registration process, you will receive access to register for your specific program and select your schedule.

Ensure steps 1 to 4 are complete prior to Step 5 to avoid delays. For students who have questions, please email orientation@queenscollege.ca or chat with us online at the Official WhatsApp Groups.

Choose your group schedule for the term through the Queen's Database.

Group selection will open at 9 a.m. EST/Toronto Time on April 19. It is first-come, first-serve.

Once you've completed your online registration you are ready for Orientation. Visit the Orientation page for information about sessions and schedules.

Please be aware that these WhatsApp groups are supported by student ambassadors who only answer questions related to the online orientation and registration process.
