This online competency-based Micro-credential is designed to introduce learners to the role of a Personal Support Worker and the responsibilities and scope of practice that he or she must adhere to as part of this important profession. Students will learn about client directed care and the importance of working collaboratively with families and other health care professionals to ensure that clients receive quality individualized care and support.
