Apartment-Style Suites
50 units | 167 beds
Enjoy a modern apartment-style layout with private bedrooms and shared living spaces designed for comfort, convenience, and independence.
Semi-Private Suites
67 units | 134 beds
A balance of privacy and community, semi-private suites provide comfortable accommodations while making it easy to connect with fellow students.
Meal Plans
Students living in residence can purchase an optional meal plan for convenient access to food and beverages at campus dining locations, including Tim Hortons, Subway, and the cafeteria.
Please Note: Government qualified meals are tax exempt with this plan. Please enquire about flex plans for purchases of taxable items. Any amount remaining after the fall term will roll over automatically into the winter term. Any unused portion at the end of the Winter term will be forfeited. There are no refunds on unused balances.
