What is the WIL Project?
The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Project aims to enrich students success by combining the skills learned throughout their program with the application of employability skills in hands-on industry development tasks. Students will become employees of the WIL Office and will attend shift times (not “class”). Each shift will have an assigned Supervisor to coach, mentor and guide the employees through their time in WIL Project. WIL employees will be assigned to teams (groups by program), complete weekly deliverables, work on professional development and complete self-reflections.
