Leadership Development Series

This program provides current and future leaders with skills to meet both career and organizational objectives. It provides a solid theoretical and practical knowledge to improve decision making and problem solving skills. Content includes topics such as performance management, managing change, team building, employment law and project management.

It is recommended that student taking this certificate program have a minimum of three years work experience.

Admission Requirements

O.S.S.D. or equivalent

Mature applicants must be at least 19 years of age by the start of classes and be out of secondary school for at least one year. Mature applicant testing is available in the Counselling Department. The test(s) will demonstrate equivalency in required admission subjects. For more information please contact the Counselling Department at ext 3412.

Applications for this program are not accepted through ontariocolleges.ca.

If you are taking part-time courses with the intention of completing a program and earning a credential, you must meet Admission Requirements outlined on the program page. It is the student's responsibility to supply proof of admission requirements to the Office of the Registrar before he/she has completed three courses in the program.

If you do complete the program and do not have the appropriate admission requirements, you will be ineligible to receive your certificate or diploma.

If you believe you have an equivalent level of knowledge and would like credit for Prior Learning Assessment, please contact Counselling at 519-479-1023 at least two weeks before classes begin.
