Extramural League

Lambton in Mississauga at Queen's College is dedicated to improving student physical health and well being through sports and recreational activities.

Students can participate in an extramural league that will see competition between all three Lambton study locations. Practices will be organized by each respective study location. Tournaments will be held in Sarnia. There are no additional fees to join, but study locations may collect a refundable deposit for transportation.

Sports Available

Badminton
Teams from all the three study locations will participate in the Invitational Tournament in December and the Lambton Cup in March.
Futsal (indoor soccer)
Teams from all the three study locations will participate in the Invitational Tournament in December and the Lambton Cup in March.
Table Tennis
Teams from all the three study locations will participate in the Invitational Tournament at the end of the Fall Semester Study Break, normally held the second week in November.
3-on-3 Basketball
Teams from all the three study locations will participate in the Invitational Tournament at the end of the Winter Semester Study Break, normally held the third week in February.

Canadian Outdoors Experience Program

Pinery Provincial Park

Students have the opportunity during the month of July to take part in the Canadian Outdoors Experience Program as part of the extramural league program.

Student enjoy a day of leisure and relaxation at the Pinery Provincial Park just outside of Grand Bend, Ontario. A short drive from the Main Campus in Sarnia. As part of this experience, students can canoe, kayak, and hike at the park.
